Role Overview
We are hiring a Financial Analyst to build and own critical financial infrastructure as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of payroll, FP&A, and financial operations. You will help build systems and bring controls, documentation, and reliability to processes that have outgrown the current setup.
What You Will Do
Build repeatable and scalable processes using best in class systems, leverage automation and AI workflows, and partner with the Controller and FP&A team to develop scalable reporting infrastructure.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of payroll, accounting, or FP&A experience
- Experience across payroll, benefits administration, and tax registrations
- Proficiency building AI workflows using Claude or similar
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong commission calculation experience
- International payroll exposure preferred
