Role Overview
Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues. Implements, coordinates, and presents the new hire training and development program. Provides mentoring, coaching, as well as formal facilitation to new and existing sales colleagues.
What You Will Do
Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area. Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and lead meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritized topics as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence. Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data. Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
