Requirements
- Design and execute data science experiments
- Develop, evaluate, and iterate on predictive models
- Own model performance and monitoring
- Partner with Product Engineering to productionize models and analytics
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and robust validation
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Improve analytical standards, code review practices, and documentation
- Mentor and support team members
