Role Overview

Drive commercial growth across the Greater Charlotte area as a Business Development Manager. The role involves building real relationships, closing high-stakes deals, and leveraging Salesforce and local networking to build a dominant pipeline.

Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold prospecting to C-suite proposals, partner with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding, and drive growth with commercial clients.
