Role Overview

The Director of Business Development is accountable for driving revenue growth, market presence, and customer satisfaction for Red Classic. This role will lead strategic sales initiatives, oversee customer operations, and align teams around shared customer priorities.

What You Will Do

Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results, draft and execute a strategic sales plan, oversee customer daily operations, and establish customer account-specific standard operating procedures.
