Process & Data Analyst

This role sits within the Integrated Operations team in PACS, supporting Licensing & Retail (L&R). The Process & Data Analyst provides hands‐on analytical, operational, and process improvement support, with primary ownership of contract setup and royalty reporting processes and data integrity, Licensing software expertise, and delivery of analytical insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong problem‐solving skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and reporting tools required
  • Strong data analytics acumen and expertise in data mining and extraction tool
  • Working knowledge of financial and contract data structures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast‐paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis and cross functional process flow
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and growth mindset
  • Experience in Licensing & Retail preferred
