Trainee in Business Development

Role Overview

As a trainee in business development, you will gain a comprehensive insight into all business-relevant processes of the company. You will be part of a creative and motivated team that accompanies you from the very first day. Together, you will take on responsibility in exciting projects, work closely with the management, and shape the future of the company group actively.

What You Will Do

Your focus areas will be financial, marketing, and personnel management. You will conduct market and feasibility analyses, process and potential analyses, and concept and implementation of leadership workshops. You will also evaluate business models, develop event concepts, and take on team responsibility.
