We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Administrator to join our People team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle, data integrity, payroll, document production, benefits administration, and supporting our London office.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a People Operations, HR Administration, or HRIS-focused role.
- Experience of managing the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process and an understanding of the importance of accuracy.
- Hands-on experience using and maintaining HR systems (HRIS).
- Strong data management skills with high attention to detail (e.g. comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data checks).
- Experience supporting monthly payroll cycles
- A problem-solver who proactively looks for ways to improve processes and reduce manual work
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
