Data Analyst – Asset Management Services

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be based in the Costa Rica Shared Service Center as part of the Asset Management Services, enabling customer-facing support by running program adjustments, validating data, driving database consistency, and setting framework for high data quality in a multi-cultural customer service environment.

What You Will Do

Perform Adds, Deletes, Changes to the program within the agreed SLA, support Assets and Contract management, set and/or maintain Customer Accounts, take part in Inventory management, drive consistency by reviewing data and address errors to achieve targets set by critical metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a data processing environment, proficiency in English, advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with IBM Maximo or other Database or CRM software, and excellent analytical skills, attention to details, and accuracy in the workplace.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a data processing environment
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office user (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Power Point)
• Experience with IBM Maximo or other Database or CRM software
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software (preferred)
• Software testing experience (advantageous)
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to details, and accuracy in the workplace
• Operational excellence mentality with goal-oriented approach
• Self-motivation, passion, and positive attitude to perform individually and as a teammate
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver and/or delegate effectively
