Role Overview

Join the thinkGROUP as an Inside Sales Representative and support the operational daily business of customers. The role involves order acquisition, offer creation, and customer contact. The team is motivated and customer-oriented, and the company values innovation and continuous process optimization.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for customers, acquiring orders, creating offers, and maintaining customer data. You will also track orders, provide customer support, and assist with accounts receivable management.
