Role Overview
The System Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Global Product Operations Manager to join us. The role will focus on client incentive systems and processes. You will work with the product team, sales and clients, finance team and other cross-functional teams to develop and activate the client incentive system.
What You Will Do
Serve as the Product Operations owner for the client incentive system, including end-to-end management of the settlement and payout processes. Define and manage end-to-end product operations to ensure the system delivers accurate incentive calculation results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, transactions, or internet-related industries
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong understanding of product logic and its upstream and downstream impacts
- Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and drive system adoption
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
- Strong project management skills
