Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in content operations, campaign management, partnerships, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional and external stakeholders with clear, organized communication
- Genuine interest in film and television, with an understanding of how entertainment content performs in digital environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a problem-solver’s mindset
- Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, content ecosystem, or short-form video landscape
