Role Overview
The Market Lead, PSO is a strategic role within the RPCS organization, responsible for driving a market-wide product and solutions view. Acting as the principal product and solutions advisor to the GM, this role ensures flawless alignment and coordination across regional strategy (RPCS), PMM, GBS, and XFN partners.

Core responsibilities include driving market-wide product and solutions view, consolidating insights, orchestrating reviews, and driving cross-functional coordination to accelerate product adoption, enable solution-centric selling, and deliver measurable impact.
