Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to elevate Tonal’s presence as the leader in premium connected fitness. As our positioning evolves toward health outcomes and the everyday value of connected training, this role is central to shaping how the brand shows up in culture — through brand strategy, our prospect social community, high-profile events, and brand integration and partnership activations that build awareness, affinity, and consideration.
What You Will Do
Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies, lead creative resources, set social strategy, manage the prospect community, own research and insights, lead campaign and event management, drive brand integrations and partnership activations, and track and analyze performance.

Requirements
- 10+ years in brand marketing for premium, aspirational, or connected consumer brands
- Experience in fitness, wellness, health, or consumer technology is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proven ability to build and elevate a premium brand
- Skill translating product benefits, efficacy, and results into compelling, culturally relevant brand narratives
- Track record developing and executing high-profile brand events and brand-building campaigns
- Experience setting social strategy and building an engaged community
- Strong people leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency analyzing market and consumer data and turning it into actionable insight
