Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with outside sales representatives and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. The role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, team player attitude, and ability to quickly learn detailed information about products and services.

What You Will Do

Generate new and repeat sales, determine customer requirements, present price and credit terms, process customer transactions, and educate customers about products and features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or technical degree
  • Minimum of three years of sales support or operations related experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
