Role Overview
The Associate Product Marketing Manager will own seller enablement programs for Service Cloud, creating resources, processes, and offers that drive deals forward. The role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual with 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, seller enablement, or sales roles.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include creating strategy and plans for scaled Service Cloud enablement, translating marketing initiatives into actionable programs, overseeing seller assets, drafting compelling seller communications, and developing repeatable processes to train sales teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational skills, basic analytics and strategic planning, and the ability to craft and present compelling messaging. Experience in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms is a plus.
