Role Overview

Responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner, delivering sales targets, and training and evaluating direct reports.

What You Will Do

Closing transactions daily, maintaining professionalism, training and evaluating direct reports, and collaborating with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Successful track record of Wyndham sales experience required, with a valid FL Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) and experience in managing sales teams preferred.
