Role Overview

The role involves working as a Salesforce design and development resource, utilizing Agile software development methodologies to design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities, integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems, and creating and maintaining automated workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce design and development experience delivering enterprise-level solutions
• Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and integrations
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Sales Cloud environments
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Service Cloud environments
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Experience Cloud environments
• Experience working within Government Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, sharing rules, automation tools, and platform best practices
• Experience working within Agile software development environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Proven ability to gather requirements, create technical designs, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions
