Director Finance Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance Operations to lead our Global transaction processing teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, a proven team manager, and a transformation agent with deep expertise in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology.

What You Will Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance operations team, champion and execute strategic initiatives to modernize and automate finance operational workflows, and oversee the entire Procure-to-Pay cycle.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical and data skills, an understanding of IFRS accounting principles, and deep experience defining and tracking financial operational metrics. Prior experience in a high-growth FinTech or technology environment is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles
• At least 3+ years in a senior management/Director role leading multiple operational teams
• Demonstrable expertise and hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Strong analytical and data skills
• Understanding of IFRS accounting principles
