Role Overview
The Associate Director/Director, HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in bringing objectivity to the team and value to the business by working closely with HR leaders and Operations Leadership to execute the strategic direction, drive performance through people, and build a compelling work environment with an emphasis on engagement.
What You Will Do
As an HR Business Partner, build solid relationships with each of your business and functional leaders, serving as the main point of contact for HR. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees regarding employment issues in areas such as policy and procedure interpretation/application, coaching and corrective action, leaves of absence, development plans, and terminations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or law degree highly preferred.
- 8+ years in HR management, preferably within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Innovative, strategic thinker who can effectively leverage data to improve efficiency in a production-focused operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, specifically in organizational design/structure, People program development and implementation, and/or People service delivery.
- Strong knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills, with demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations.
- Ability to develop and execute a proactive employee strategy focused on building leadership skills to promote employee engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and fair, ethical conduct with respect to employee relations and a highly diverse employee population.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
