Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in the Retail sales process by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, growing special order sales and developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

What You Will Do

Generate new sales through stores Special Orders program and Contract sales, educate customers on products and solutions, and promote new products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service
• Experience utilizing basic sales techniques and identifying sales leads
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts
• Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking
