Role Overview
Provide program management and operational support to NSWCDD V Department and affiliated departments. Responsibilities include supporting financial tracking, coordinating program activities, maintaining documentation, tracking actions and deliverables, and assisting leadership with administrative and organizational requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop and process purchase requisitions, coordinate with Contracting Officer’s Representatives, review and revise assigned Purchase Requisitions, monitor and track program procurements, maintain and update COR-COD Excel workbooks, and provide financial management support.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and DoD or government documentation experience. Active Secret security clearance is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience
- Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- DoD or government documentation experience preferred
- Active Secret security clearance is preferred
