We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and advanced technical skills to support the translation of business objectives into actionable data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for data analysis and reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)and business metrics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes reports and dashboards to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and data interpretation.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow from various sources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence
- Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
