Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in building and supporting Unity’s reporting and analytics capabilities. This position will work closely with leaders and teams across the organization to turn clinical, financial, and operational data into useful information and insights.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will help lead the development of our analytics platform, support data governance and quality, create meaningful dashboards and reports, and help teams use data to make informed decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working with corporate analytics systems (data interfaces, databases, analytics, dashboards, reporting) that support information systems initiatives across a company-wide scope.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using analytics and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or the equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams with their analytics needs.
