Role Overview
We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition. This is a role for someone who loves the hunt, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, understanding their needs, and converting prospects into active trading customers.
What You Will Do
Proactively generating new business through high-volume outbound prospecting, identifying potential customers and uncovering opportunities to win their business, building trust quickly and developing strong commercial relationships.

Requirements
- Passionate about winning new business
- Resilient, determined and motivated by achieving targets
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Commercially minded with excellent questioning and listening skills
- Organised, disciplined and able to manage their own pipeline effectively
- Positive, energetic and driven to continually improve
- Previous experience in business development, sales, telesales, lead generation or outbound B2B sales
