Paying Transfer Agent Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Supports Corporate Trust operations by processing and reviewing bond, securities, transfer, and account-related transactions. Ensures work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.

What You Will Do

Complete day-to-day transaction processing and operational support activities, review and process transactions for accuracy, compliance, and quality, research and resolve transaction, account, customer, and system-related issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of experience in transaction processing
• Experience in financial services, banking, operations, or transaction processing
• Knowledge of corporate trust, securities, bond processing, or related financial products
• Ability to follow structured procedures and manage high-volume workloads
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a regulated environment with a focus on compliance and controls
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement
