Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will drive growth in your region by developing business through partners as well as direct customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key end customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities directly where appropriate, and identifying, onboarding, and developing partners to successfully position, sell, and deliver Valmet solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, electrical engineering, energy, or related field
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in automation, DCS, or control systems
- Experience in industrial sales, including direct customer engagement and/or partner/channel business
- Experience in energy, process, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling and long sales cycles
- Ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and strong business English skills
- Willingness to travel across the region
