As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, and drive product innovation and portfolio prioritisation.

Requirements
- M.Sc. degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive FMCG experience in marketing management or related fields.
- Excellent people manager with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex insights clearly.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics tools and marketing technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and marketing research tools.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in market analysis, product portfolio management, and competitive strategy.
- Expertise in project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.
