Incentive Compensation Process & Systems Lead

Role Overview

The Incentive Compensation Process & Systems Lead is responsible for designing, governing, optimizing, and executing incentive compensation processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. This role serves as the subject matter expert for sales compensation operations, partnering across Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant compensation administration.

Lead end-to-end incentive compensation processes, including plan implementation, administration, calculations, validations, and payout governance. Ensure compensation programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 7+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or related disciplines
• Experience administering incentive compensation programs and supporting field sales organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience working with Sales Performance Management platforms such as Varicent, Xactly, IBM Cognos, or similar solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
