Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, Acute and Home Therapies leads the A/NZ marketing function, translating global and regional strategy into effective country plans that drive therapy growth, customer experience, patient journey improvement, portfolio performance, and sustainable business outcomes.

Key duties and responsibilities include leading strategy, portfolio, and market growth, commercial leadership and customer engagement, marketing excellence, digital, and execution, performance, insights, and governance, and people leadership, culture, compliance, and resource stewardship.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field are desirable.
• Marketing qualifications and/or proven experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences marketing are essential.
• Strategic Marketing & Commercial Leadership
• Significant experience in marketing, product management, portfolio strategy, or commercial leadership, with a proven track record in go-to-market strategy, product launches, lifecycle management, market development, and commercial execution.
