The Account Director will lead strategic client relationships, drive measurable marketing outcomes, and help shape a high-performing performance agency model.

The Account Director will own and grow senior-level client relationships, lead strategic planning, and translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client services, agency account leadership, marketing, consulting, or a related field
  • 5+ years leading strategic client relationships with senior or executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to grow, retain, and expand client accounts
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, integrated marketing strategy, analytics, measurement, and campaign optimization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong financial, commercial, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence, prioritize, and make decisions in complex client and internal environments

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000
  • Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
