Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation Operations and Enablement reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Commissions and manages the accurate and timely administration of Vertiv’s Sales Incentive Plan commission processes.

What You Will Do

Lead day-to-day SIP commission operations, conduct or oversee operational audits, lead attainment review meetings, manage analysis and resolution of complex SIP tickets, and communicate SIP commission decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, analytics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales commissions, sales compensation, sales operations, finance, analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, or equivalent experience coordinating complex work through others
• Demonstrated experience managing commission calculations, attainment, quota measurement, disputes, and payout validation in a complex sales environment
• Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation or a comparable enterprise compensation platform is preferred
• Strong analytical problem solving, customer service, written communication, facilitation, and follow-through skills
• Ability to make sound operational decisions within established guardrails and promptly recognize when an issue requires policy, legal, executive, cross-program, or system escalation
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to accurate and fair compensation outcomes
• Relevant sales compensation, analytics, finance, process improvement, or project management certification is preferred
