Requirements
- 8 years+ of field sales experience in industrial products or capital goods
- Proven experience in direct (B2B) field sales within a defined territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC/Salesforce) and sales funnel management
