Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Sales Operations will play a key role supporting Kaufman Hall’s Consulting business and sales operations. This individual will serve as a key member of the Sales Operations team, helping support Consulting Sales Leaders with pipeline opportunity management, deal configuration, and related reporting and insights.
What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted resource for consultants and business leaders on CRM opportunity management and deal configuration/pricing support for consulting engagements, prepare and maintain recurring pipeline reports, dashboards, and sales operations materials, and provide deal configuration support.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales (business operations, pricing, sales support, or related sales enablement roles)
- CRM experience – Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- High level of technical proficiency, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Exceptional customer service focus, professional demeanor, and a positive and engaging presence
- Strong teamwork and organizational abilities with great attention to detail and superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced and fluid work environment with the ability to be flexible
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and great judgment when managing highly sensitive material
