We are looking for a People Operations Partner to create a smooth, professional employee experience in a fast-moving, international setup. As the on-site go-to for operational People topics, you will own key employee lifecycle operations in the region and help land consistent global People processes locally.
Requirements
- 3 – 4+ years of experience from a People Operations or HR operations/coordinator role
- Familiarity with Thai law and regulations
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
