Team Manager – Staff Engagement & Marketing Operations

Role Overview

The role will shape and deliver the Council’s internal communications and staff engagement approach, helping to strengthen organisational culture and improve the employee experience. You will lead a varied team, oversee the Print and Design service, and work closely with senior leaders and internal partners to deliver creative, inclusive and insight-led internal communications.

What You Will Do

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee performance and budgets, and ensure the service delivers efficiently and in line with the organisation’s needs.
