Role Overview

The Regional Lead (User Growth) will lead and energize distribution activities across their region to grow and retain the user base of Wave, a financial services company.

What You Will Do

The role involves managing a team of supervisors/team leads, identifying and resolving blockers to user growth, developing strategies to boost retention, and using data to inform distribution strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/business development/team management, with a proven track record of planning and managing customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and in a local language is a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in sales/business development/team management.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, specifically managing field teams or user acquisition teams based in the field.
  • 2+ years of experience designing strategies for user acquisition for a telecom, payment service provider, FMCG, or financial institution.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing large teams (50+ people).
