Role Overview
As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of commission payments for more than 600 In-Home Sales representatives.
What You Will Do
Calculate and process commissions for In-Home Sales representatives in accordance with company policies and procedures, review sales transactions and supporting documentation to ensure commission payments are accurate and compliant with established guidelines.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Salesforce and/or HRIS experience- preferred
