Role Overview
This face-to-face role will build new business by driving new revenue, transactions, and sales growth with new accounts, agents, and customers in and around California. It is an important part of our overall strategy as we propel growth in a competitive business environment. In this pivotal role, you will have an integral role in the Western Union sales organization.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualifying the opportunity, selling the value proposition, signing the contract, training, merchandising, and supporting the account through the first months of the relationship. Drive new business growth by proactively prospecting, developing, and closing new customer opportunities, building strategic relationships, and executing account acquisition plans that generate incremental revenue and expand market share.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires regular travel within a defined territory and requires the candidate to reside within the assigned territory, preferably near the largest market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Money Transfer industry, and a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.

- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
