Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will identify and create new sales prospects solutions for every division under Westlake Financial’s corporate umbrella, using synergies between databases of automotive dealerships and Salesforce. Opportunities for growth are abundant and common place for high performers.

Requirements

  • Maximize the value that Westlake delivers to dealers
  • Communicate and sell the value of Westlake’s entire suite of products and services
  • Work in close partnership with the Westlake Sales Team and other business units to generate leads and close business
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
  • 1-2 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success
