Account Executive – Dutch and English Bilingual

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding. You’ll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel’s products can help their business thrive.

What You Will Do

Prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads. Managing the sales pipeline and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. Collaborating with the onboarding team and providing feedback to the product team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or the travel industry
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting product demos
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Attractive compensation – uncapped commission
  • Base Full-time Salary is 48,600 (EUR)
  • On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = EUR 95,000, Year 2 OTE = EUR 130,000
  • Minimum 4 days at office in Rokin, Amsterdam with flexibility of a work-from-home day a week
