Job Responsibilities
- Strategized, planned, and executed integrated 360° marketing campaigns for new product launches to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and market share expansion
- Lead marketing, PR, and media initiatives to enhance consumer engagement through effective multi-channel campaign execution
- Managed overall advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and investment efficiency
- Partner with e-commerce teams to develop and execute digital commerce and online marketing strategies
- Plan and executed trade marketing activities across multiple retail channels, including department stores, specialty stores, e-commerce platforms, and perfumeries
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, retailers, agencies, and business partners on promotional campaigns, trade activations, and digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate the development of promotional materials, including brochures, leaflets, and point-of-sale marketing assets
- Provide promotional support and timely campaign updates to retail teams to drive sales performance and customer engagement
- Developand executed PR and communications campaigns to maximize media exposure for new product launches
- Identify and implemented creative engagement strategies for media, influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and consumers during key launch and promotional periods
- Develop CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth
- Manage visual merchandising requirements, ensuring all brand visuals and marketing collaterals complied with brand guidelines
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and support strategic business decisions
- Prepare monthly business, marketing, and PR performance reports for management review and analysis
- Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
