Bank of China Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Consumer Banking team. You will handle branch customer interactions, processing transactions, inquiries, data maintenance and the preparation of reports with accuracy and empathy.
You will manage cheque handling, deposits/withdrawals/transfers, account openings/closures, and provide product knowledge while maintaining high service standards in a busy branch environment.
