Assistant Events Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Drive event sales revenue by developing new business opportunities and achieving agreed sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from responding to enquiries and preparing proposals to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, partners, and repeat customers.
Conduct client meetings, venue/site visits, presentations, and networking activities to generate and convert leads.
Collaborate closely with Operations, F&B, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless event handover and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, manage the sales pipeline, monitor market trends, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:

Knowledge, experience and ability to drive catering sales strategy, revenue forecasting, action plan, event P&L and to execute and manage indoor / outdoor catering events is necessary.
Sensitive to competitors market positioning.
Positive sales attitude, aptitude, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Willing to upskill and adapt to change by participating in in-house / external training, where available.
