Digital Operations & Analytics Officer (Govt/Central)

  • Manage daily website content updates, including uploading materials, maintaining event listings, handling metadata, and processing digital records.
  • Handle content update requests from both internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and support event approval processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on all content and files prior to publication.
  • Regularly review published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date information.
  • Gather and consolidate key performance data for weekly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Assist in analysing trends to identify insights and patterns from performance data.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop reports on campaign performance and user conversion funnels.
  • Location: Clarke Quay
  • Working Hours: Office Hours
  • Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
  • Duration: 1 year

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, including handling CSV files
  • Basic data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret charts, derive insights from numerical data, and identify performance trends
  • Experience with web analytics tools and digital campaign performance tracking would be a plus
