APAC Sales Operations Leader — AI-Driven Forecasting

Figma, the collaborative design platform, is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to partner with our APAC Sales team from the Singapore hub on a hybrid basis. You will help scale revenue for self-service and assisted sales, using AI to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis.

You will collaborate with regional sales leaders, manage quota decisions, support forecasting meetings, own dashboards, and drive KPI analysis while ensuring data quality across CRM and finance systems.
