A well-established global ingredients company is seeking a

Customer Experience Supervisor

to join its Singapore team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional with team leadership experience to step into a regional role supporting customers across Asia Pacific while leading a small Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach

and develop a small Customer Experience team
Manage customer enquiries and service requests

through various communication channels.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient

order fulfilment and service delivery.
Monitor and follow up on customer

issues to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service enhancement opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare reports and provide updates on customer service activities.
Support additional administrative or operational duties as required.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Order Management or Customer Operations
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with

ERP, CRM, or business systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
