Product Manager (Semicon Material)

Summary

• Seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of the Formulated Solutions(FS) business in Singapore.

• Manage assigned product lines, partner with commercial and technical teams, and help translate customer needs into product, pricing, pipeline, and roadmap actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned FS product lines, including IC slurries, substrates, pads, SPI, and CMP cleans, based on portfolio priorities.
• Drive revenue growth, margin performance, pricing discipline, and pipeline execution for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead NPI activities from customer qualification through adoption in partnership with sales, applications, R&D, and TPM teams.
• Maintain accurate monthly forecasts and communicate pipeline risks, opportunities, and required actions.
• Represent Singapore customer needs in roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio discussions with global product and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor‚Äôs degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, CMP, wet chemistry, product management, applications, business development, or a related role.
• Experience working with semiconductor customers and translating customer needs into business and product actions.
• Strong business acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong communication skills; experience with NPI or customer qualifications is preferred.
