PERSOL APAC Japan Desk in Singapore seeks a Support Desk Engineer to provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365, with a focus on Japanese-speaking clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support, a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals, and proficiency in Japanese to effectively communicate with clients. A technical diploma is required, and experience with PowerShell scripting is preferred.
