PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure safety and service excellence.

You will lead front-of-house activities, coordinate staff and resources, and manage critical situations with calm, decisive actions. You will participate in briefings, performance checks, and continuous service improvements, including technology-enabled, paperless processes.
